Could be many things.
Is it on a bike with a Variator?
It could be carb needs cleaning, points dirty, timing, crankshaft seals etc..
We need a bit more info but basically you’re saying it’s not pulling under load?
Where do you live one of us could be local and could help.

Could be clutch engaging too quickly.causing sluggish pick up.but as ray says could be numerous things.

Hi,
thanks for all of the suggestions but have checked them all apart from the clutch engaging the exhaust is free, it would not rev freely if any of the ideas were at fault. it ticks over good, revs right up while on the centre sand, as sn as here is load on, it will not pick up.
